Introduction to Judaism

Introduction to Judaism is a twelve-week course giving a broad overview of Judaism from a Reform perspective. It is designed for Jews seeking greater understanding of Jewish principles and practice, for interfaith couples, and for non-Jews considering conversion. Through readings and discussions, Introduction to Judaism students will explore creating a Jewish home, Jewish holidays and life-cycle ceremonies, Jewish history, spiritual values, philosophy, and family and contemporary issues.
