Important High Holy Day Update

As in every year, we approach our Holy Day planning with a desire to create a meaningful and inspiring experience for the community with the health and safety of our congregants always front of mind. In light of present Covid conditions, we are attempting to make the best and most responsible decisions about this year’s Holy Day offerings, recognizing the considerable resources invested in each service and program.

Thus, previous communication notwithstanding, we are now asking all Temple Sinai members to specify your plans regarding High Holy Day service attendance.

  • If you have already arranged for e-tickets, no further action is necessary.
  • However, if you have not yet arranged for e-tickets, then please click here where you will find options either to sign up for e-tickets and/or let us know of your intention to participate virtually**.
  • If you have already arranged for e-tickets, but are no longer planning to attend in-person, please email hhd@templesinaiatlanta.org.

It is important that we hear back from you by August 18, as further decisions about our Holy Day schedule will be determined at that time. We will communicate with you via email and by updating our website on August 23 should any changes to our schedule of services and programs be deemed necessary.

**Please note that all who are planning to participate in the Holy Days virtually will need to procure your personal copy of the High Holy Day machzor (prayer books). Information on the hardcover, Kindle edition, and free flipbook options can be found here.
