Temple Sinai mental health professionals, Dr. Josh Spitalnick, Dr. Betsy Gard and Dr. Ina Enoch will facilitate a 60-minute discussion for Sinai’s adult and aging members on some of the many challenges we have all faced over the last year, including social isolation, health concerns, financial/employment concerns, and missed celebrations. The hour will also emphasize the positive ways people have tried to stay connected to one another, the positive actions we can continue to take to foster self-care, and the positive values that drive each of us to remain hopeful and grateful in the most challenging of times.

You have the option to attend this program in-person at Temple Sinai or virtually. You are only required to register if you are going to attend in-person.

This program is available to members of our community who are fully vaccinated only (2 weeks post their final vaccine) and must show proof of vaccination in order to attend.
