Chef Robert Gerstenecker of Meals on Wheels will lead you through a cooking demonstration of 3 different easy and tasty ways to make chicken. There will also be a brief 10-minute health talk by the Meals on Wheels Registered Dietitian Kirsty. Recipes will be shared after the event.
