Rosh Chodesh for Women: Elderly Family and Friends

Thursday, February 15, 2018 • 30 Sh'vat 5778

6:30 PM - 9:00 PMFreeman Family Chapel, Community Room A

For decades, we've known this was coming-the baby boomers are now our most senior citizens. Many of this generation are still healthy and living vibrant, active lives, but for many, our relatives and friends have reached a time when they are not as capable as they used to be. They may have health or financial or emotional issues. As they age and change, both they and their caregivers are in need of support. The Women of Sinai are presenting a panel discussion about what caregivers can expect to deal with, where to go for support and what types of resources are available. Several experts from the community will be on hand to guide us through this discussion. We will also share information about opportunities to volunteer with the aged. Whether you are dealing with it in the future, or you want to learn about what you can do just to support the people you know, please join us for this important program.
A light dinner will be served at 6:30 pm
