In recognition of Veterans’ Day this year, we hope you will join us for Shabbat services on Friday, November 9, when we will honor our Temple Sinai Veterans. As in previous years, services will include a spirited musical presentation of the Armed Services Medley. And, we are delighted to share that Sinai member Matt Bernes, veteran of an elite Special Armed Forces Unit, will be delivering the sermon and addressing his experiences as a young Jewish adult in today’s military. Additionally, we know that our Temple Sinai community always stands with us to mark personal life cycle events, happy and sad. We invite you to attend this Shabbat service for a special blessing from the bimah for all who have counted on Temple Sinai to celebrate or help us through life cycle events.
