Parents, refresh and recharge while the kiddos are at Noar!  Join licensed yoga teacher Dayna Royal of Royal Yoga ATL for yoga and restorative stretching  in the Chapel.  All fitness levels are welcome!  

Wear comfy clothes, and please bring a mat if you have one.  We will have a few spares to lend if you don’t.  You may also like a hand towel for shvitzing.  We’ll have plenty of water.  This class is free of charge, but registration is appreciated.
