We are pleased to continue the use of e-tickets and have simplified the process for you to receive your unique e-ticket.
Tickets were emailed on September 6 via SimpleTix and will be resent on Friday, September 27.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Tickets will only be emailed to the adult member(s) in a household who are in good standing. Children under 22 years old do not need tickets.
• Member tickets provide access to all services.
• For security reasons, e-tickets, either on a mobile device or pre-printed, will be required to enter each service. Save your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy access! Instructions can be found here.
• Several of our services are open to non-members, but TICKETS ARE REQUIRED. Click here to request tickets.
• You do not need to register to participate in virtual services. Links to streaming services will be available at templesinaiatlanta.org/hhdvirtual.

How do I receive e-tickets; obtain special assistance parking passes/seating; and acquire associate, guest, reciprocal or non-member tickets?
RECEIVE MY E-TICKETS
Watch for an email on September 6 directly from the SimpleTix platform that will contain your unique e-ticket.
OBTAIN AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER, GUEST, NON-MEMBER OR RECIPROCAL TICKET
• For Associate and Guest tickets, click here and complete the form (you must be logged into the site to access this page). On September 6, you or your guest (based on the preference indicated on the form) will receive an email with the e-ticket(s).
• To receive a Reciprocal e-ticket, individuals should have a letter or form sent to Temple Sinai from their home congregation confirming their membership. Make sure this letter includes a valid email address for the individual(s) seeking a reciprocal e-ticket. Forms should be emailed to hhd@templesinaiatlanta.org or faxed to 404-252-8570; Attn: High Holy Days. The individual(s) requesting reciprocity will receive an email from SimpleTix on September with their e-tickets.
• To request a letter of reciprocity if you are seeking to attend worship at another congregation, please email hhd@templesinaiatlanta.org and provide contact information for the synagogue.
• For Non-member tickets, complete this form to attend our Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur Reconsidered Services.
REGISTER FOR SPECIAL ASSISTANCE E-PARKING PASSES AND/OR ARRANGE FOR SPECIAL ASSISTANCE SEATING
Special assistance parking and/or seating is available for those who are wheelchair/walker bound, have a state-issued handicap pass or have another significant mobility challenge. Special assistance parking/seating must be arranged in advance of the High Holy Days by September 25. Complete the form here and identify the service(s) in which you require special assistance parking and/or seating. Your e-parking passes will be emailed to you directly from the SimpleTix platform in early September.
Who is eligible for tickets?
Regular and Young Adult Members
All regular members (who are current on all financial obligations to the synagogue) and young adult members are eligible for two e-tickets per household (note: tickets are not required for children under 22 years of age).
Associate Members
One e-ticket per each adult Associate Member is available for purchase ($200 each.)
Guests
Guest e-tickets are available for purchase ($200 each) for the following individuals only: non-member adult children, parents, grandchildren, grandparents, fiancés, out-of-town relatives and out-of-town family friends.
College Students and Military Personnel
Email hhd@templesinaiatlanta.org to request tickets.
Reciprocity – Members of Other Congregations
Adults who are members in good standing of an out-of-town congregation are eligible to receive a complimentary guest e-ticket to worship with us by requesting a reciprocal letter or form from their congregation and having it sent to hhd@templesinaiatlanta.org.
New in 2024 - Members of the Community
Select services are available for non-members to attend (click here for the schedule of services). A number of services are offered free of charge. For households interested in experiencing the High Holy Days at Temple Sinai, non-members can now purchase two tickets for the Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur Reconsidered Services ($100 per person); each household may do this for one year only. Regardless of the ticket type, all adults attending services will be required to show a ticket for entrance. All ticket requests must be submitted by September 25.
