Noar Sunday teachers enjoyed planning for the Noar year during our last summer professional development day! For those new to Noar Sunday, each child has a Bayit (home base) teacher, but also is rotated through with other teachers in the Eidah (unit) creating a community based on different role models. Meet the teaching team here!

During our teacher training, we covered all the logistics, or colloquially--"the weeds." See pictures of our teachers teaching each other how to dress professionally for outdoor learning, how to be on time, take attendance, pay attention to their students, and how to be role models all in our new teatron (amiptheatre)!  (you can see that some teachers prefer the limelight more than others)

We also were lucky to meet all of our Madrichim (teen assistants) this weekend as they joined us for our training day.
