Do you have Chanukah Plans? Temple Sinai is bringing back one of our favorite events: Light Up the Lot! Bring your menorah and enjoy a beautiful celebration of lights and fun for all ages. From dinner, drinks, and donuts to dreidels and disco there is sure to be something to delight everyone!

We would love for you to join us this Sunday, December 11th for a listening forum geared toward Noar parents. We encourage you to share your experience at Temple Sinai and ideas you have about our culture of belonging initiative.
The Chanukah assembly will take place for all students this morning and we will have special guests from URJ Specialty Camps for extra fun stations! Grades 4-6 will also be participating in a special "Shine a Light on Antisemitism" Chanukah curriculum this day.
Do you have an infant at home (or know anyone who does)? We'll be having our first "Babies and Bagels" get together where new parents can gather for community and an infant-friendly place to play. Check out details and RSVP here.
The Rona Balser Book Club 4 Kids for Grades 2-3 is this week from 9am-9:30am. We will be reading "Herschel and the Hannukkah Goblins."
Chaverim (Grades 2-3) January 8th Special Readers!
On January 8th, Chaverim will be visited by 2 very special authors who co-wrote "Shabbat and Sunday Dinner" and participate in activities centered on diversity within our Atlanta communities. For students only.

Please Save the Date to see Ben Walker, a Holocaust survivor, come speak on January 8th. This is for 6th graders and their parent(s).
Mark your calendars for January 22nd for a 6th grade (and their parent) field trip to the Breman Museum. More information to come on both of these Holocaust unit family workshops coming soon.
Family Retreat at Great Wolf Lodge February 11-12 Come spend Shabbat with us at Great Wolf Lodge for our first annual Family Retreat. There will be adventures and fun for kids of all ages (and parents too)! Spend time splashing around, celebrating Havdalah, and getting hands-on with a service project -- all while building community. This will be a weekend you won't want to miss! We recommend this experience for families with kids in Preschool (3+)-Grade 6. Cost is $250 per family for food and programming, including adventure pass at Great Wolf Lodge. You must book your own lodging.
