Economic Justice: Homelessness in Atlanta – A Panel with Zaban Paradies and Rebecca’s Tent Jewish Shelters

Adrienne Hamilton-Butler and Claire Rueben, representatives of Zaban Paradies (The Temple) and Rebecca’s Tent (Congregation Shearith Israel) will speak with us about homelessness in Atlanta and how the pandemic has greatly impacted each of their shelter services, as well as the homeless population in metro Atlanta. Rabbi Brad Levenberg will formally introduce our speakers of the first program to provide education on the topic of homelessness. This is the first step, as we look to advocate and engage in acts of tzedek for those in such great need at this time.
