We look forward to welcoming members of our community who are FULLY VACCINATED to join us for Friday evening Shabbat services this June. At this time, we are only allowing 50 individuals for each service. In order to allow more members to participate, please select only ONE SERVICE that you would like to attend. All services are Friday evenings at 6:30 pm at Temple Sinai.

Upon completing this form, all attendees should pre-register their vaccination information with us; instructions will be included in your confirmation email. If you do not pre-register your vaccination information, your card (or a photo of your card) must be shown when you arrive for the event. Any participants unable to provide proof of vaccination will not be able to participate in the program.
