All Temple Sinai families will be assessed a $220 security fee, in addition to your annual membership commitment, which directly offsets the cost of security measures and guards.  This charge will appear via the billing/payment options you select below unless indicated otherwise below.

Upon submission of this form, your first payment will be processed based on your selections below.

If selecting ACH or Credit Card, the first charge will be scheduled for July 1

ACH Authorization

Please visit www.templesinaiatlanta.org/renewal for the terms associated with paying via ACH.  Your consent at the bottom of this page indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Credit Card Authorization

Please note: all previously saved credit card data must be resubmitted

Stock Transfer

Please share the following information with your broker and then email mharvey@templesinaiatlanta.org once you have initiated a stock transfer.  Please include in your email the name of stock being transferred along with how many shares and how you would like it applied.
