Looking for a weekend away with your Sinai friends?Before we jump into announcements, we'd love to invite you to join us for a special weekend in February at Great Wolf Lodge! Temple Sinai will be hosting our first annual family retreat February 11-12. We'll spend the weekend splashing around, making memories, doing a mitzvah, and building community! Shoreshim will be starting their annual Shabbat unit in January. Kindergarten will go home with a "Shabbat Box" while First grade will make a "Havdalah Bag."
Chaverim (Grades 2-3) January 8th Special Readers!
On January 8th, Chaverim will be visited by 2 very special authors who co-wrote "Shabbat and Sunday Dinner" and participate in activities centered on diversity within our Atlanta communities. For students only.
Orim (Grades 4-5) January 8th
Orim will begin their "Big Jewish Thoughts" unit in January and choose their chug (elective) for the next couple of weeks.

Please RSVP for the Holocaust Unit in January.This is a student + parent learning experience. This week, 6th grade Sunday Hebrew students will stay after the Survivor talk to do a debrief with their teachers and Cantor Beth, then go to lunch and Hebrew.
Kabbalot of Laughs Shabbat (A Family Shabbat Comedy Show) with The Bible Players Friday, January 27 The Bible Players are a Torah Comedy team that are teaching Jewish Values and sweeping the nation! They use theater and improv to infuse comedy and laughs into tales from the Torah and beyond. They will be here for an Educator in Residence weekend kicking off with a Family Shabbat Comedy Show.
Meet us at 5:45 pm for a pizza dinner before the show! Cost is $5 per person for kids 5+ (kids under 5 are free).
Family Retreat at Great Wolf Lodge February 11-12 Come spend Shabbat with us at Great Wolf Lodge for our first annual Family Retreat. There will be adventures and fun for kids of all ages (and parents too)! Spend time splashing around, celebrating Havdalah, and getting hands-on with a service project -- all while building community. This will be a weekend you won't want to miss! We recommend this experience for families with kids in Preschool (3+)-Grade 6. Cost is $250 per family for food and programming, including adventure pass at Great Wolf Lodge. You must book your own lodging by January 10th.
Club 45 and Club 6 at Main Event Club 45 and Club 6 are invited to a fun evening at Main Event Atlanta (3101 Cobb Pkwy SE, Atlanta, 30339) on Saturday, January 21 from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm with bowling, gravity ropes. laser tag, shuffleboard and more! Dinner will also be included. Please bring your appetite and a pair of socks. Cost is $30 per child.
Please note that while the the Club 45 and Club 6 programs are the same date/time, they are separate events.
